Pre-ConstructionGPI develops mobilization and demobilization plan, safety plan in accordance with local OHS regulations, environmental plan, temporary works that are required to enable or facilitate construction of the project including workshops, traffic management plan, and construction signs plan.
ConstructionGPI provides comprehensive solution for construction management including construction method statements for works inline with the project's programme, constructability review, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality control process, conformance and non-conformance reports, survey control management, utility and interface management, testing and commissioning plan, construction close-out documentation, and substantial completion process and procedures.
Post ConstructionGPI assists in defining Post Construction Plan including pre-occupancy testing and commissioning, operational training procedures and orientation services, as-built documentation and final close-out accounts, warranty callback process, and total completion process and procedures.
